Return and Refund Policy
All payments are final. Products are custom manufactured, and cannot be returned.  If a part is defective, missing, or incorrectly manufactured, reach out to customerservice@gwbuildings.com within thirty days of delivery.  Provide them with the item, quantity, and clear photographs of the issue.  If there is an error, we will deliver replacement parts or work out an alternative solution to fix the parts on the job site.
